Northeast Wholesale (NEW) provides specialty building products to the independent lumber yards and STAFDA tool stores in the Northeast.

Established in 1990, Northeast Wholesale (NEW) is a family-run building supplier servicing the Northeast. Founded by Irving and Richard Hurwitz, NEW has grown into one of the region's largest wholesalers servicing over 200 lumber dealers.  NEW offers dealers a unique custom program, which caters to their individual needs.

Primarily a pneumatic wholesaler at first, NEW began distributing Sivaco brand collated fasteners and Hitachi pneumatic tools. Looking to constantly expand our product line base Northeast Wholesale developed a full line of bulk and packaged fasteners to compliment our existing collated products. John Hurwitz was instrumental in developing and maintaining this program as NEW's chief purchasing officer.

In October 2009, Northeast Wholesale expanded into our second physical location in Hampden, Maine. This 100,000 square foot facility was created to better serve our northern customers. Mike Miville, who has 40 years of wholesale experience in the Maine market is our branch manager. The Maine facility is designed to be a complete building supply wholesaler. This location distributes a complete array of fasteners as well as roofing, siding and other building material products.

To date, we remain one of the largest wholesalers of GRK Fasteners, Bostitch and Ironclad Gloves and Performance wear in the country. NEW strives to meet the needs of our customers with an expanded product line and better quality service to help them keep succeeding in their market place just as we do.

Our state of the art private label program allows retailers to place their STORE NAME, LOGO, INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT SKU, or any other pertinent information on their fastener products. Every box of fasteners sold is like leaving your business card on the job site!

NEW also distributes the best names of specialty building products in the industry. We are a proud member of STAFDA, Northeast Retail Lumbermans Association, LMC and ENAP.

We want to keep our commitment to broaden our territories to keep with the demands of these times. Northeast Wholesale Nail and Fastener Supply continues to enlarge its horizon by going a notch higher with an innovative e-commerce progress.
